The Danish Football Association (DBU) first arranged a cup final for women in 1993. HEI was the first cup winners after defeating Vorup fB / Randers 3-1 after extra time.
 

MOST TITLES:
Brøndby IF have won the cup 11 times, Fortuna Hjørring 9 times, while OB have won the third most times with 3 cup titles.

DEFENDING CHAMPIONS:

FC Thy-Thisted are the defending cup champions after a 2-1 victory over Brøndby IF in the final 2021 played at home in Thisted.

FORMAT:

The one-legged quarter-finals will be played 5 & 6 March with the winners advancing to the double-legged semi-finals, to be played the two following weekends. The final is set for 13 May.
