Format: All 10 teams play each other once and the team with most points after all nine rounds are the Apertura champions. Once the Apertura tournament is over, the Clausura tournament will begin immediately, which will take place with the same system, but with the venues reversed. Both contests will add points for the annual table, which will determine the overall league champions.*

*The Apertura and Clausura tournaments is a split season format common for many Latin American football leagues in which the season is divided in two sections per season (Apertura + Clausura) each with its own champion.
