TEAMS
Eight teams will participate in the tournament, selected from the top twelve teams of the 2023 Campeonato Brasileiro de Futebol Feminino Série A1 and the top four teams of the 2023 Campeonato Brasileiro de Futebol Feminino Série A2, with only one team per state. Additional berths may be awarded based on a state's 2024 Women's State CBF Ranking position:

FORMAT
The competition will follow a single-elimination format, with all matches played on a one-leg basis. In case of a tie, penalty shoot-outs will determine the winner. Quarter-final matchups were determined by draw, while semi-final and final matches will be hosted by the higher-seeded teams.
